The cold plunge is a one person tub looks like a bathtub. This is a commercial level plunge. It has a 20 micron filter and a pump that filters 35 gallons per minute. It can filter all of the water in the tub in less than 3 minutes. Cold plunging has a few benefits that you may find helpful.
