A. Bench Press or Strict Press

 

Take 90% of your 1RM. Based off of that:

3 Reps @ 70%

3 Reps @ 80%

Max Reps @ 90%

B. AMRAP 20

400m Run or 1k Bike

21 Burpees

15 Box Jumps or Step Ups

*400m is from the door, to the street, make a left, run through the intersection and turn around at the mailbox of the small brick building.
