Group Classes

Personal Training
Packages of 12-72 sessions available. Starting at $90 per session. Personal training is available at any day and time you and your coach schedule. Personal training can be used for almost any any reason. Many of our clients use personal training for strength, endurance, flexibility, confidence, physical agility testing, weight loss, getting out of pain and corrective exercise, and much more. Our coaches are all professionals with backgrounds in strength and conditioning and/or health/medical fields. Schedule a meet and greet to learn more.
Police/Fire/Military Testing
Some of the coaches in their professional careers have taught and adminstered police, fire, and military fitness testing and training. Using their knowledge and expertise they can help you get ready and pass the physical requirements necessary to launch your career. Schedule a meet and greet to learn more.
Endurance Training
If you are looking to increase your cardio and endurance we have a program for you. Whether your sport is 5K's, marathons, triathlons, or other races we can help you get there. Schedule a meet greet to learn more.
Yoga & Meditation
Yoga, stretching and meditation class. In this beginner class, we will explore easy postures and learn how to connect your breath with movement. You will build strength and awareness in both mind and body. Experience the benefits of meditation as it helps to calm and still the mind. All levels are welcome. Spartan, HYROX, and other Race Training
If you are looking to compete or perform better in a race we have a program for you. Whether your enjoy Spartan races, HYROX, warrior dash, or other fitness races we can help you get there. Schedule a meet greet to learn more.
Pilates
Pilates can be used to help clients overcome an array of physical ailments and conditions. My approach is aligned with Joe Pilates’ original instruction & method, focusing on intentional breathwork and strengthening the core + seldom used muscle groups in order to establish proper alignment. Physical Therapy & Corrective Exercise

Cold Plunge
The cold plunge is a one person tub looks like a bathtub. This is a commercial level plunge. It has a 20 micron filter and a pump that filters 35 gallons per minute. It can filter all of the water in the tub in less than 3 minutes. Cold plunging has a few benefits that you may find helpful. Benefits include: a boost in daily energy, active recovery of your muscles, stimulating leukocytes which are the white blood cells that help fight off sicknesses, detoxing the body and strengthening your immune system, reduce depression and improve overall mood, reduce inflammation and help with chronic pain, stress relief by decreasing the stress hormone cortisol, control of your response to stress which improves your relaxation and sleep. Deep tissue techniques including trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and sports massage are found to be the most effective in alleviating specific points of pain, postural problems and muscular compensations from daily living. Open Gym
Our gym is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Live Free Health & Fitness is designed for those who just need a simple functional set up. Our 5,000 sqft of space holds all the plates, dumbells, and kettlebells you could need. We have a dozen concept 2 bikes, rowers, and ski ergs. Mercedes Wilson is a Personal Trainer and a Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist.
Postpartum training is an essential component of recovery for new mothers, particularly after the initial two-month period following delivery. During sessions, Mercedes will focus heavily on core and pelvic floor recovery, two areas that undergo significant strain during pregnancy and childbirth. The initial goal in these sessions is on healing and gradually rebuilding strength. Training starts with gentle exercises and will progress to help with strength, endurance, mobility, and weight loss (if desired).
Mommy and me training is a way to blend fitness and family bonding. It creates a nurturing environment where parents and their child can exercise together. This training is customized to accommodate various fitness levels for the parent and the developmental stages for the children. This ensures that the exercises are both safe and enjoyable.
