Our kids program, first and foremost, provides kids between the ages of 8 and 12 with physical activity in a fun and engaging environment. The goals of the program is to have the children develop strength and endurance while ensuring safe and efficient movement now as well as into the future. Along the way, what they do and how they feel because of it will provide them a definition of what fitness means to them.
Kids classes are currently offered on:
