ACTIVE LIFE BEGINNER CLASSES

Every movement we make outside of the norm challenges the human design. We believe everyone should think differently about what it means to have an active life. Our Active Life program is easy to start, beautifully designed, and customizable for each person. 

Active Life is a class designed for the beginner in mind. Simply to get you moving with basic exercises and build a foundation. The goal is to live a free life of pure and quality health. 

Active Life Beginner Classes are currently offered on:

Monday 7:15 pm

Tuesday 8:30 am

Wednesday 7:15 pm 

Thursday 8:30 am

Saturday 11:00 am.

"After reading your bit about the active life training, I just wanted to shoot you a response about my work with Ruben.
About 6 weeks ago I did something to my hamstring and continued to workout thinking it would subside. I told Ruben and he scaled my workouts back a little. Then it began to hurt just walking so I mentioned it to my primary doctor during a physical. My doctor wanted me to stay off it completely and not work out for at least 2 weeks to a month . Ruben and I talked again after this and agreed I didn’t need to stop working out. He started to customize my workouts for 2 weeks and gave me rehabilitative exercises to do for my hamstring every 2 days. 6 weeks into these exercises I am finally back to doing everything normal with no pain."
